We are pleased to announce the confirmation of our third keynote, Prof Caroline Haythornthwaite, Director and Professor at the School of Library, Archival & Information Studies, University of British Columbia, Canada. Prof Haythornthwaite is being brought to the conference by Ako Aotearoa.
Her research focuses on how the internet and information and communication technologies support work, learning and social interaction. She approaches this primarily from a social network analysis perspective. She is a lead investigator on a major research project, Learning Analytics for the Social Media Age. She is co-editor (with Barry Wellman) of The Internet in Everyday Life and (with Richard Andrews) of E-learning Theory and Practice.
